Open a retail location without all the work and hassle. Rent your own dedicated space within our retail shopping market. Whether you are an existing store that would like to open an additional location or just getting started, Dis & Dat may be just the right fit. We offer a lot of advantages over opening your own individual store.
If you have items to sell on a regular basis then a booth rental might be your best option. Fees are lower than straight consignment. You also get your own dedicated space that you are free to arrange and merchandise as you see fit. Once you have everything priced and arranged to your taste, you can walk away. Dis & Dat handles all of the sales, taxes, advertising, paperwork and Etc.; for a small commission fee. If you prefer to be more hands on or would like to meet with clients, the space is yours to work as you see fit.
How it works
Booth spaces measuring 4 feet by 8 feet are available at our introductory rate of $110.00 per month.
~Booth spaces measuring 8 feet by 8 feet are available at our introductory rate of $210.00 per month.
~Booth spaces measuring 6 feet by 6 feet are available at our introductory rate of $160.00 per month.
~Larger and smaller spaces are available! Come in the shop or Contact us for details.
~You are responsible for bringing in your items and preparing them for sale.
~Dis & Dat tracks all your sales and cuts checks on the 15th of each month.
~No long term lease requirement.
~Terms are month to month with a 30 day notice.
