Growing pet care company looking for Administrative and Recruitment Assistance.

Responsibilities include:
-Implement and manage recruitment efforts for the business such as regular postings of open positions such as new walkers, overnight pet sitters, hikers, outreach coordinators, etc.
Must be versed in using on and offline recruitment sources (ie. Craigslist, norfolknet, job boards, word-of-mouth, local businesses, senior centers, f/b personal pages and business pages, social media sites, etc.)
-Interview, check references, and hire for all open positions.
-Promote business online through directories and other low-cost sources
-Personalize social media sites by posting client photos, news, offers, contests, etc.
-Manage monthly business e-newsletter
-Support team members in the management of all the day-to-day activities of the business.
-Setting up and managing schedules, coordinating walker/client communications, scheduling and attending meetings, improving systems
-Responding to inquiries (either by phone or email) and handling other basic/general office responsibilities.
-Marketing support and follow up
-Attend pet-related events as a representative of the company

Requirements:
Approximately 30 hours a month
Remote, work-from-home position (approx 5-10 hours a week where some weeks will be more and other weeks will require less time).
Must live in or near the service areas we cover (as far west as Franklin, MA and as far east as Dedham)
Individual must have their own access to mobile phone (with a data plan), experience texting, emailing and the ability to manage and navigate web based software.
While this is a very flexible position, we are looking for someone who does have availability each week during regular office hours (with the possibility of coming into the Norfolk, MA office from time to time depending on needs).
Some local travel may be required.
Must be willing to work odd hours and respond to inquiries on a timely basis. Weekend and holiday work time may be required.
Flexibility is a bonus -- most of the time you will be able to work at your convenience.
Training is detailed so only looking for someone interested in a long-term, permanent position.
