Male and female couple looking to share their ample living space with a kind roommate. First with the "must have's:" Must have honest professional roommate with steady full-time employment and own transportation.

Must pay rent on time (verifiable income and references). Must be neat and respectful. Must be kind to the home and able to live with friendly cat and dog (they will not have access to your room). If you are a graduate student, academic, business person or other professional productive honest good person who likes a clean small dog and cat in the house - we're interested in having you as part of our home.

We have space for outdoor pets (horse, chickens, etc. with additional fee) but not indoor. We'd like to have a roommate that enjoys the outdoors (trails are accessed literally outside our door) and maybe skis or hikes. We are social so can plan some meals or activities together if you like (if you prefer to stay to yourself that is fine as well.) We like smart funny people so no closed minded haters need apply. Preferably for a year commitment. We'd like to have someone who perhaps is not in a relationship and is fairly independent or maybe travels on weekends or for work regularly.

Light drinker ok, no drugs. If you are in a relationship pls note - no overnight guests - friends or family over on a very regular basis. No pets, no indoor smoking.

This is a great rural suburban property with more bedrooms than we need. Room is roughly 14 x 12 (ish) with a big closet. Private bathroom. Washer and dryer in the home, cable, Wi-Fi, large deck, grill, screen room, hot tub, horse property, off street parking, safe area. Clean home with fully applianced kitchen you can use our pots and pans and dishes, etc. Two large hi-def TVs. To move in we'd require first and security. More photos available on request.
