Our goal is provide owners with quality tenants while also providing tenants with quality properties.
Our Management Services Include:
+ Collect rent payments from tenants on behalf of the Owner. Provide 24/7/365 response to tenants and emergency maintenance calls.
+ Handle delinquent tenants and, if necessary, the eviction process.
+ Provide a detailed monthly end report showing all transactions and repairs to Owner. Conduct quarterly in-house inspections.
+ Market your rental property with online and print ads, signs, flyers, bulletins, and word-of mouth referrals.
+ Interview and screen the best possible tenant for your property. Tenant screening services include (i.e.) verify employment, verify past court records for late payments, pull credit and criminal background checks, and verify rental history.
Our Fee Schedule:
Tenant Placement: 100% of 1st months' Rent for each unit rented
Property Management: 8% to 10% of Gross Monthly Rent per month or 100.00 to 120.00 (the greater of the two)
