They were VERY efficient about getting things u nloadedand into my new (elevator) building. Moved things in bulk, using super-big boxes, I think they only needed 2 or 3 trips. Colin was also really nice, friendly without being too chatty.

At the start of the move: 30 mins before he arrived at my UWS apartment, I got a call from Colin that he couldn't reach his moving partner, Alex. Although normally reliable, Alex apparently was unreachable that morning and so Colin was coming on his own. In a panic, I posted a manual-labor job on Craigslist and got 30 replies before getting a call from Colin that Alex was indeed on his way (had overslept and would be there 30-45 mins late).?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Overall, I would say that their prices were better than most of the competition and they were professional enough to be trustworthy, but anyone hiring them should expect some hiccups and a little disorganization along the way.
