QR Code Link to This Post We have open territory in the Ontario and surrounding area. Due to location and volume, this would be very part time/supplemental.
While we would prefer an individual with current inspection experience, someone that is ready to hit the floor running and is motivated is equally eligible. Also, current Aspen Grove certification is highly preferred.
*Inspector is required to live in or around the area, NO EXCEPTIONS.
*If you cannot start immediately, do not apply.
*This opportunity requires the individual to have strong mapping skills, time management abilities and a good sense of direction.
*This position involves driving to many different properties in an attempt to determine occupancy for the Lender. It is our job to report the general condition of the property. The average time spent per inspection varies from 1-4 minutes each. Typical inspections require at least 6 photos, others can require more photos.
Experience is highly preferred!
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
Reliable and fuel efficient transportation
You must be able to pass a background check
Computer/Printer/Scanner and high speed internet connection
Digital camera with memory card
Cell phone
GPS
Microsoft office -- Excel and Word
