The crew coming out is the exact same crew you see in the pictures and videos. Ismaels crew, with Omar, Oscar, Jorge, and sometimes Tito and Noel if major drywall or moulding install is being done.

We charge a standard price of $170/room for a 10x10 bedroom. This includes 2 full coats of paint for walls, a sanding beforehand, bigger rooms cost proportionally more.
Ceilings are $65 each and slightly cost more for larger rooms
Trim is $100 per room for that size, includes baseboards doorframes and window trim. Doors are $25 per door only
We do all types of interior and exterior painting work, drywall work, wallpaper removal, plaster repair, wood replacement, and moulding install. We have painted hundreds of homes, over 10 different TGI Fridays locations and fixed and painted the ceiling of McLean bible church's huge amphitheater. We recently split from a few major companies bcuz they charge high prices and didn't pay us much. We figure cut out the middleman and give you professional work at much Lower prices and we can benefit as well :)
payment is AT THE END AFTER YOU ARE 100% SATISFIED. We actually put "100% satisfaction guarantee" in every single contract. The job is perfect when you say it is. We fix anything until you are totally happy. (We guarantee the actual work itself, and the high quality in which it's done.)
BIG JOB SPECIALS!!! We cannot go below this price of $170/room, but for big jobs (6 or more rooms) we can give you one of the following specials;
1) up to a $35 discount on bigger rooms walls only
2) OR we can give a $50 discount on ANY size rooms that are getting ceiling walls AND trim done,
3) OR we can do FREE PATCHING/SANDING/AND PRIMING in all of the rooms! (Yes we do sanding for free but would include minor patching sanding and priming of nail pops, cracks, dents, bumps, holes small enough to be fixed with joint compound alone, etc).
And for small jobs- our prices are outstanding as it is!!! And small jobs receive just as much attention from us as big jobs :) all jobs are important to us. We ALWAYS keep our schedule, once you are booked you are booked. Both in our phones, computer system and calendar, we have two fully stocked extended vans, and we are very responsible- we will NOT miss your appointment. Again, we do the painting on numerous 6 and 7 figure jobs, and we know the importance of timeliness.
We paint an ENTIRE HOME ceiling walls and trim in 1-2 days, 3 days for big homes. Small to medium jobs almost always only take 1 day.
