- 0.70 $ per sq-ft painting in one color, (10x10 smaller bedroom would be 70$)
- 0.80 $ painted in two or more different colors (10x10 = 80 $)
At example a two bedroom / two bathrooms apartment painted in one color
would be done for about 650 $ painted in one color.
- 25 $ per door painted, - extra surcharge for the ceilings ;
- Baseboards painting: 0.50 $ per linear foot (empty house, otherwise 0.75 $)
- Painting of the Kitchen / bathroom cabinets will require a visual assessment for correct pricing,
otherwise my charge per day for that kind of work would be 200 $, for any other engagement that is
difficult to figure out how long would it take there will be a first hour charge of 30 $ and 20 $ for each following hour.
If asked i would recommend an eggshell or satin finish, you will be able to use this kind of paint finishes everywhere inside of your house, bathrooms, kitchen included , easy washable finish without excessive light reflection.
-Buying a paint and primer as one product (premixed) will speed up the painting time, if you do like
darker colors, or kind of acrylic, latex , epoxy paints most of them do require two coats and more, there will be a extra surcharge, some rare colors like red do require even three, four coats and that have to be taken in consideration.
