pascagoula injustice court

The so called justice court in Pascagoula is an example of courts that tax the poor with fraudulent tickets levied against the public and an unwillingness to afford due process or accept evidence on behalf of the defendant . If you plead "not guilty" you are sentenced to a week in jail for asserting your innocence ( how dare you, as the defendant, deny the county's attempts to process you without due process. At the time of my so called trial the jail was a mustard and excrement smeared place run by people trying to get revenge for being born . the week in jail is intended to coerce you to pay. I suggest that anyone who had the misfortune of being in this court unjustly to call for a class action suit similar to the one in New Orleans, (Sept 21. 2015 Sun Herald, lead line "Lawsuit: N.O. judges create 'debtors prison' by jailing people for failure to pay fines." The New Orleans article states that the judges have a conflict of interest in levying the fines because the court's Judicial Expense Fund is filled largely with those moneys. In Jackson co. justice court, it's a waiting period for a bond hearing that serves the need for you to pay the fine levied, regardless of your guilt or innocence. It is unclear to me whether or not the Jackson County Justice Court numerates its own accounts with the "spoils of the day," but if so, this would explain much. I attempted to offer a video as proof of my innocence and proof of m.h.p. senior patrolman mike santacruz's odd and illegal behavior. I was met with a blank stare from Ennis Millender and no response. my video was the only one that exists of four encounters with the patrolman while riding my bicycle in lake o pines. I ride today and every day as I did in the beginning, as it was never illegal. An internal investigation was conducted , I knew what the findings would be when they said they were investigating themselves and decided that their findings would make humorous description of my you tube video. "unreal stories of the driveway patrol " would have been unnecessary if I had been afforded due process. If any of the aforementioned feel that this statement is untrue in part or in its entirety, professional and moral dignity withstanding, then they should SUE ME in a court where they have no sway over the verdict. This situation and others keep Mississippi firmly in last.
