Company Overview:
We are a local real estate investment firm who buys and sells Luxury
houses fast for cash. . We also purchase properties from Leads that
are Paid and Free online. We are marketing machines and train our team
to convert these leads into Sales like absolute Beasts. Our team has
been doing this for 10 years and we want purchase approximately 100
houses per year.
How it works:
All leads are generated through you and you delegate to
Negotiators whom you will hire. They will be talking to motivated
homeowners who want to sell their house. All Negotiators need to do is
negotiate the buying price, the rest is taken care of for you.
You will work between 40 hours per week.

Minimum Requirements:
While the company is open to anyone who has what it takes to produce
results and make big money, they imagine this position is going to be
filled by one of two types of people:
A sales master who has tons of experience closing deals over the phone.
An entrepreneur-minded individual with a sports backround who is a
people-person and who enjoys working in a team environment.
