Large 1,000sf photography studio with stage and hard cyc (infinity wall). Ceiling Height is 14 feet. Cyc/Stage area is 16 feet wide, and 18 feet deep with an additional 18 feet of shooting room to the back wall. Large windows provide side light with western exposure. There is a large center room skylight with a sliding blackout shutter. The studio also features:
Flexible Scheduling, 4 x 8 V Flats, Wardrobe Rack, Professional Clothes Steamer, C Stand with arm, Light Stands, Sandbags, 3 x 12 Foot Ladders, Built-in Hair and Makeup Area, AC, Private Bathroom, Bang & Olufsen Stereo With iPod Dock, WiFi, *Freight Elevator And Loading Dock (*please give 24hrs notice to use the freight elevator, may not be available on certain days)

For photo shoots the half day rate is $150 for 1-4 hours and the full day rate is $275 for 5-8 hours.
For music video shoots the half day rate is $200 for 1-4 hours and the full day rate is $375 for 5-8 hours.
Overtime is billed at $50 per hour.

We need a 50% deposit on studio time portion to hold a specific time for you, the deposit is non-refundable. The balance for studio and equipment is due at the beginning of your rental time. Payment by paypal or in cash.
