I'm the road manager for a cover band in the Omaha metro that has been performing for decades. We travel all over Nebraska and Iowa especially in the summer. I have a road crew, but for at least 2 shows in late June I'm looking for some help.

June 26 the band will be playing in Kearney at an outside beer garden, and June 27 we'll be at SummerFest in Roseland, NE for a big street dance. I'm looking for a roadie to travel with me in the band's truck. Leave Friday early afternoon, unload and help setup the gear in Kearney, pack up, stay overnight in a hotel (separate rooms) and do the same setup/tear down in Roseland on Saturday. We'll leave the gig Saturday night and travel back.

It sounds like a long 2 days, but the actual work involved is about 5 hours. The rest of the time, you'd be on your own for whatever you'd like to do. Hotel is paid, all meals are paid along with any extras needed.

Pay would be $150, paid in cash at the end of the last gig. Let me know if you're interested, this band draws a LOT of young people and it's a fun, great show to work. I can drive to you to pick you up and will drop you back off wherever you like when we get back.
