I have an apartment a couple blocks from NDSU. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a small balcony, and a living room. There are washer/ driers in the apartment building. With the apt I have 1 garage space and one parking spot. My boyfriend does come spend a lot of the days here with me as well. The apartment would be ready for you as soon as you need it, but it is only available until the end of July as that is when the lease is up. Prefer non-smoker, clean/ picks up after themselves, and is kind. No parties at the apartment. Rent would be $400 for you. Utilities are all included in the rent except electric. This is usually about $30.
