I have all 4. The offset is for front drive cars. 100mm (4") and 114.3mm (4.5") X 5 bolt patterns. 2 tires are OK, less than half, and 2 need replacement PDQ.
I had them on a Lebaron Vert, shown. Now removed and ready to go.
