We have been working on two web sites for the past few years, spending well over $135,000 on research and development - not to mention thousands of hours. We now have it - and obviously Google, Yahoo and Bing agree as all three have our ROUGH BETA site listed on their page ONE.

I am looking for an investor for $50,000 and in return I will pay 20% of the GROSS income of the company. For how long? For as long as the company is operating. I am 68 and planning to go to 100 when my head will drop down on the keyboard - only question being what letter will be repeating on the screen. LOL Don't laugh. I had a bypass in 2001 and my cardiologist says I am actually REVERSING my heart disease.

Here is how my proposal works. When income is received, you receive a copy of the invoice and check - along with a complete list of the percentage and amount every one receives. No secrets - no secrets on any company I run.

Suppose we have a $100,000 advertising sale. The sales person gets 20% off the top and we all share in the remaining 80% (you getting 20% = $16,000). Other methods of INCOME dwarf what we can receive from advertising. By year three, advertising will be much larger. i.e. That $100,000 ad will bring $350,000. The other methods of income should bring in over $9 million in year three. My South Dakota High School Math shows me that 20% will mean $1.8 million just in the "other" source of income PLUS $56,000 in advertising income.

If company is sold you receive 20% of sales price, excluding attorney, accountant, fees, etc.
