I am seeking a modest room preferably in a private home. It can be unfurnished, but a bed would be convenient if already there.
I prefer to rent from a quiet, responsible Female . This is Not a ad for a G F , I just prefer a female as a ROOMATE. Hopefully not a lot of traffic coming in and out... parties, etc. Not into hard drugs, but I am 420 friendly. I don't smoke cigarettes but it doesn't really bother me if others do. I'm not much of a drinker, maybe a occasional glass or two of wine with good company and a good meal.
I'm Italian, born in Connecticut and spent most of my life in lower Fairfield Cnty. and New York.
I have no kids , am clean , don't cook or have guests. I do have 2 well behaved cats that are with me for now. I ' inherited ' them from my mother who loved them like family. I can't bring them to a shelter...
They are clean, always def, and don't really require a litter box, since they prefer to be outdoors. But they are not ' outdoor' cats.
I would prefer to be outside the city in a country environment. I have transportation, strong, checkable references . I don't cook , access to a microwave and or stove for boiling water would be perfect.
I'd like to be able to stay within the $400 range, which would be paid in cash on the first of each month.
My lease is up on March 1st, so i'd like to find a place and move in on or before 3/1.
I'm handy, respectful of property, privacy and mostly keep to myself,
watching sports, an old movie, or reading.
