Good pay and benefits. Health Insurance, including Dental, Vision, Prescription, even includes Chiropractic and Acupuncture. We pay mileage on approved company business ($.60/mile). We will not pay you to drive to work or to drive home.
Candidate must have the following:
1. Own tools, cordless drill, cordless saw, and other items on our tool list. Employee can obtain some of these tools in the first week or so of the job.
2. Truck, Van, or SUV and the willingness to use it for work. We haul panels and tanks everyday. A truck with rack is ideal, but Van or SUV can also work.
3. No fear of heights, and ability to follow safety and other company policies.
4. Ability to lift heavy objects
5. Desire to learn solar, working safely, smartly, and efficiently.
6. Must be able to solder copper pipe, but if you can the other skills, we can teach you this in several hours.

Labor/Apprentice Solar - $12 to $16
Solar Experienced/Other Tradesman $15 to $21
Solar Journeyman $20 to $30
