Casting "Monkey Bars" (Working Title), A Senior Thesis Film
Synopsis: This Film Is About Gaining Perspective. A Young Boy Is On A Playground While His Grandma Is Sitting On A Bench Reading A Magazine. He's Trying To Get Her Attention With Each Slide, Jump, And Run That He Does. "Grandma Look!," He Yells. She's Not Paying Much Attention. From A Distance, He Sees A Boy On Monkey Bars And His Mom Cheering Him On. The Boy Figures He'll Try The Monkey Bars, And Maybe His Grandma Will Finally Give Him Attention. Now The Two Are Face To Face On The Monkey Bars With No Where To Go. They Tell Each Other To Move, But Neither Does. The Mom Comes And Lowers Her Child Into His Wheelchair. Now The Kid Realizes The Monkey Bars Were The Only Thing This Kid Had To Play With And Has Gained Perspective.
