We are currently hiring for Telesales Representatives for one of Omaha's TOP employers!
Responsibilities:
- Making 50% telemarketing/lead generation/outbound calls and 50% call backs (calling customers back who have already called in inquiring about a product)
- Speak with current and potential customers either bettering their current life/dental insurance plan or getting new customers to agree to sign up
- Outbound calls will be lead generation for the field representatives, i.e. appointment setting for sales reps in the field OR calling customers back who have already called in
- Handle inbound calls as needed from individuals who saw a TV, radio, or print advertisement
