QR Code Link to This Post Looking for someone to have cheap rent $175 month and they will get their own living room area, room and bathroom. All utilities are included, as well as internet.

The house is in a great location, close to everything and the neighborhood has a pool to use during summer time!

What I need in return.....if I can get a little help 3 days a week, taking my kids to and from daycare. My schedule is requiring me to be there too early and get home too late to get the kids (3 days a week). There might be an occasional evening as well. You will probably need to give kids a snack or dinner depending on your comfort level in the kitchen in the evening. Ideally, I should be home by 6:30-7 and can take over from there.
You may have to wake up kids and help assist with morning routine to get them ready and out the door. There also may be the chance where one of the kiddos has a sports activity that they may need a ride to during that 3-day period.

I am looking for someone we can trust and enjoys kids. It would be awesome if you were bilingual and can help my kiddos learn a their 2nd language but not required.
Has their own well operating, safe vehicle and insurance.
There would be a background/drug check that you would have to pass.
