Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Have you ever heard of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights?

No?

Well, you see, that's the problem. Not enough people even know they have those basic rights because nobody had ever told them.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was created by the United Nations in 1948. Today there are 192 countries that are part of the United Nations. In theory, every member nation has agreed to follow this Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

In practice, they don't.

The result is human misery across the entire globe, in terms of millions of people unjustly treated by the governments which are supposed to protect them.

Go to www.youthforhumanrights.org.

Find out all about it. Tell your kids. Tell your neighbors. Tell your schools. Tell everybody. If we all take responsibility for enforcing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, we will have a happier and saner planet.
