I'm looking to create a crew of talented people who are interested in creating great projects. As Indie filmmakers, sometime we have to wear many hats during a production than we would like to in order to make the production happen. What if we teamed up so that you can focus on the area of the production that you loved and have a trusted teammate manage one of the other areas?

The concept is simple. We all come together and pick a concept that we want to create. We then decide who will wear what hat during the production and together we create a great product. My goal is to give everyone a chance to "sit in the directors chair", have their scripts produced and their sound, lighting and editing skills challenged.

So I am looking for anyone who is dedicated to be on-time and willing to give their absolute best for each project they sign up for. If we pool or talents and resources, there will be no stopping us!

Just to be clear, each project that we complete belongs to all of us. If there is any money made from any of these projects it will be split between all of us depending on our roll in the project. Personally, I can wait to make a living off of these projects. It's more important to me to build a team and create some quality products! With the internet and all of our contacts, we can create a following that can push us to the next level!

Also, everyone can use the project on their reels or social media platforms. One of the cameras I like to shoot with is my Blackmagic Cinema Camera but I am committed to buying/renting additional equipment with my own funds if the project requires it. If collectively we decide we need some Cine Primes or a Red, Arri or F55, we look to a crowd funding, together as a unit.

Before responding to this, I need you to ask your self if you would be willing to give your everything to a project that you may think has some "holes" in it or is just not good. Instead of bashing the project we expect that you offer suggestion and do everything in your power to make it the best it can be. We ask this because your teammates may have the same concerns when we are making your project and you would want them to get their all for the project and not quit on you, right?

The process of selecting the projects we will create is a simple on. We will all sit down together and discuss all possible projects and vote on which project will get the greenlight. We will consider may aspects including what our goal is for the year, the budget needed for the project and available resources (we might not be able to shoot a scene in Spain this year LOL!). It can't get anymore fair than that.
