Holds 4 Quarts. Ivory color, enamel coated, cast iron.
The pot is enameled cast iron, and the lid appears to be enameled steel.
The lid has a bent-wire, bail handle and hexagonal knob. Made by the CHICAGO HARDWARE FOUNDRY.
Exceptionally nice condition, especially for its age.
Measurements: The pot has a 10 1/8" diameter across the top (not including handles or tab) and is about 4 1/4" tall.
Markings: The bottom of the oven is marked CHICAGO HARDWARE FOUNDRY CO. and NORTH CHICAGO ILL around the edges, and SANI Ware in the center with an 8 (see photos).
Great piece to add to your cast iron collection. This would be great on camping or hunting trips too.
