Volunteers Needed with Special Talents (Branchburg)
Do you like to sew? Do you enjoy cooking? Can you make a memory book?
Compassionate Care Hospice in Branchburg is looking for volunteers who sew to make items from patients clothing so their families can have a keepsake of their loved ones. Some things may be like a pillow, small blanket etc or make a memory book for the patient's families to keep.
Volunteers who also like to cook are needed to make meals for our patients. Food will be provided and all the volunteer needs to do it physically make the meals to freeze for the patients. Some of our patients can't do this simple task and we want to make sure that they are eating and being taken care of.
Free training is provided as all of our volunteers need to be trained as per Medicare required.
