Want to buy land in ElginLugoffBlythewood Area (NE)
Looking to buy property in the Elgin/Lugoff/Blythewood areas. Minimum of .5 acre, but prefer more.
Criteria:
Reasonably close to interstate access.
Owner Financing with reasonable down payment. (RN with 30 years on the job and good income) Price range preferably below $50k for land,much higher if living structure is included.
Looking for land only, but will consider a land/home package. MH or stick built, even if it requires renovations.
Plans are to stick build a new home, but would prefer something that is MH friendly to allow me to live on property while building, although this is not a requirement if I like the property.
