Need a place for around $500 a month. Need short term or mo to mo right now as I am creating a business and it may require me to move soon otherwise since moving is no fun I will be there a while. Am over 50, single, have 2 house cats I've had for years and we are clean and quiet. Have fantastic references and am a bit of a handyman in and out of the house.
