We are looking to relocate from our lovely pad in Summit, NJ, to a space closer to parks and a little farther West. We have a great relationship with our current landlord and in the 3 years living here have fostered wonderful relationships with him, our neighbours and the community. We are looking for another apartment/small house/condo to rent that is near a park, allows us to have a cat, and closer to our growing businesses.
Grant Clark is a yoga instructor and personal trainer, owning Hidden Warrior Yoga operating in Gillette, NJ and expanding to a second location in Bedminster, NJ in December. We both hope to find a new space so we can bring back the kitten we rescued some weeks back, and are not picky when it comes to number of rooms, bathroom or even the size of the place. We would prefer to have a garden area even if it is shared. We look forward to hearing from you and do not hesitate to reach out if you seem more out of the area, we do love the countryside yet are willing to be suburban too, if it's the right fit, it's worth looking at.
Rent depends on size and location, however our collective budget does not exceed $1800.
