Hello! So here's the deal. I really love singing and performing songs. But I'm pretty dang bad at writing lyrics. I am a very creative and enthusiastic musician/performer, but when it comes to writing lyrics I go blank. I was wondering if there are any poets/creative writers/lyricists out there who are wanting to collaborate with me and write some great music together. I'm not particularly looking for another instrumentalist, but a person who can write awesome lyrics and assist with the creative process!

Lyrically, artists I love are Shakey Graves and Josh Ritter (poetic but not too abstract or strange). Musically, I love the bands previously mentioned, but also John Mayer, Lake Street Dive, Punch Brothers, and Alabama Shakes. Also older soul artists like Bill Whithers. Preferably, our music would be in the style of some of these artists (soul, blues, funk, rock) but I'm super open to combining genres of all kinds.
