The house is right off Route 18 and is a very easy commute to nearby locations. It is walking distance from Cook/Douglass Campus and a short driving distance to Busch/ Livingston/ College Ave. The basement apartment(with high ceilings) has a room and a full private bath. The remaining space can be converted to a living room or anything wanted. Washer/Dryer on site. Kitchen and Dining area on the first floor will only be the common areas. No smoking and no pets in the house.

Kitchen has been recently updated with new counter tops and ample storage area. Appliances such as microwave, oven, stove and refrigerator are included. Cleanliness is a strong criteria. Ample driveway parking space is only available. The first floor and the living room area is rented by my friend and me (PhD students at Rutgers). We are studious and fun loving people. We like to go out during weekends but school work always comes first. We like to keep the place clean and tidy.

Working professionals (NJ and NYC area) and Rutgers students are preferred because of very close.
