Hi there, my family is currently looking for a rental. We prefer a house. Ideally, mid June is our deadline. I'm the manager and night auditor of a local hotel and I have absolute job security. My boyfriend does landscaping and also has job security (company has 3+ years of work already contracted out) We do have 2 dogs, one is a smaller lab healer mix, maybe 40lbs and the other is a Boston, less than 20lbs. Both are registered by my Dr as my service dogs and they each have papers stating such. They are very well trained, due to their job ;) The man of the house and I both have a clean background. I, however, have evictions on my record, he does not. (I was previously married and currently in the middle of a divorce. I was a stay at home mom and my ex wasn't the greatest about providing... or truth telling, for that matter, lol!) We are having a hard time being approved due to this and I am hoping to find someone willing to look passed my past and understand that I was not the provider, I was the homemaker, now I am with someone else (my best friend of over 15 years) we both have an income and paying rent is what comes first for us, as we do have a child to provide for.
