I'm subletting a single bedroom in my 2BR/1BA apartment in Lower Nob Hill. Rent will be $1300/month, which includes internet, water, garbage, and utilities. The apartment is at Bush and Mason, a prime location for working near Financial District and exploring the city. It's less than a 10 minute walk to Chinatown, Financial District, and Powell Bart and is about 2 blocks away from Union Square!
I'm looking for preferably a female tenant. I am looking for someone who can be clean (super important!) and respectful during their stay. The ideal move-in and move-out timeline is from May 17 (or as early as May 1) - September 7 (or end of August). Preference will be given to those who can stay (or pay) for nearly the entire duration. You will be living with my (female) roommate, a recent UC Berkeley grad, who will be working in the Financial District.
The apartment layout is as follows:
-Unit is on the 3rd floor of the building, which has an elevator
-2 separate bedrooms at opposite sides of the apartment
-Unit is technically a 1 bedroom with a converted living room. But the 2nd bedroom (living room) has its own door and privacy
-Kitchen is connected to the bedroom you will be staying in, but roommate will only enter kitchen sparingly and at reasonable hours
-Room has TONS of closet space
-Lots of natural sunlight gets into the room
-No open living room, but bedroom is quite large
-Newly renovated unit!
