Bungalow C still has some weeks open. Entire 2nd floor is a 3br/2ba unit. Walk right across the street to the public entrance for Wallis Sands Beach in Rye, NH-- (award winning for top 2 cleanest beaches in the country!). There's a covered porch and an outside deck that faces the sunset every night. Eat in kitchen, large living room. Right next door to The Beach Hut ice cream shack. $1,300/week in July, $1,200/week in August. Absolutely not a party house so if you're looking for that I wish you well.
