The rent for the entire home would be $1700, utilities are not included. I would like a minimum of a 9 month lease but may be open to longer.
For the main room with separate tub/bath I would charge $575 without utilities and $675 with (same utilities as above). For each of the other 3 rooms (shared bathroom) the rent is $475 without utilities and $575 with. Utilities would include electric, water, cable and internet with WIFI. Per room I would like a minimum of a 12 month lease but may be open to longer.
