The Tamaracks #9 unit is a 3-bedroom/2-bath (sleeps 10) 1700+ sq ft unit located in the North Hill community. (I have a map of the resort and a layout of the unit that I can send you if you would like).
Week #24 is generally the 3rd week of June each year. Check-in is on Friday.
For the protection of both parties, I would like the closing/transfer to be done by a 3rd party timeshare closing company and of'course all money would go to the closing company until the sale is complete. Closing costs run an additional $300-400.
