i have a spare room i need to rent out it's 400 month all bills paid, no deposit unless you have pets that might destroy my home. such as craping or pissing on my floor. or chewing on my funiture. must sign a rental agreement. provide driver license & check stub. no drugs what so ever. I am a 45 year old professional man. The rent covers renting one bedroom and all utilizes including high speed internet, cable, usage of brand new washer dryer. You would share the living, kitchen area with me. I also have a large back yard with a BBQ grill. There is full bath in the hallway which would be yours to use but others would need to use too when they are present. This is not a party house. I'm am home all the time.
