Hope you are doing great. I Arun, computer engineer working for Tulane, am looking for a room mate to share my single bedroom apartment. You will be given a large single bedroom and you will have access to common area such as in house washer/dryer unit, rest room, kitchen and patio. The rent and utilities will be shared between us and expected to be around 435$. The apartment is crystal clean and you can email me to visit the same. If you are interested you will pay 30$ to the apartment office for a background check and once that is done you are good to go. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SIGN ANY LEASE AGREEMENT. You pay for the number of days you stay and the rent is due every month 1st and I expect you to stay at least for a month.
