I am looking for a sublet for my room starting May 1st through possibly August. I am currently living in California and my current subletter is leaving. Our Apartment/Condo is located in Kittery, ME, just 2 miles from downtown Portsmouth. The home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a washer and dryer located in the downstairs bathroom. Rent is $450/mo with utilities being about $100 extra including cable and wifi. I live w 3 other girls in their early 20's, all young professionals, one in graduate school. We all like to have fun on the weekends while maintaining a pleasant household, and for rent as cheap as this and only an $8 cab ride home from town, you cant get much better. Easy access to both Rt. 1 and 95 from our place. Also we have two dogs that lives with us, both sweethearts, so no more pets please. Please let me know if you are interested.
