I am an older male looking to rent to another male. You must be employed and able to pass a background check. No smokers or partiers need apply and I am NOT 420 friendly. No pets either.
The rent is $450 and includes the utilities. I don't have cable and will not get it, but you would have access to the house WiFi.
There is a $200 security deposit and a nonrefundable $25 application fee.
