I have a house that has all hardwood floors 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It also has a HUGE fenced in backyard. There is a washer dryer, brand new oven, fridge, and dishwasher. There is also a carport and a paved driveway. So lots of parking. Also thinking about digging a pit for a bond fire soon. I have 3 dogs. An American bulldog, a bully, and a chihuahua. I am fine with dogs and reptiles. As long as your dog gets along with my dogs I don't have a problem with you having one. I am a full time student and I also work full time. I would like someone to move in who is like minded. I am not worried about your credit or background. I just want to know that u will be able to pay rent on time every month. The rent is $460 all inclusive. You will have your own bedroom and a bathroom to share with one other person. If you do not have a car there is a bus stop literally right across the street also. Must be 4/20 friendly or it's a no go. I will require you to sign a legally binding contract stating that you will give me 30 days notice if you plan on leaving. Meaning that you are here month to month. That also gives me the right to give you 30days notice if I decide you are not working out as a tenant.Rent ($460)
