this private retreat is in the middle of old town, with on street parking just steps to fine restaurants, bars, clubs, and the best shopping on the island. second master suite with private bath as well. this unit is located in Wallingford and easy access to I- and route .. car garage. it has a boat launching ramp, a beach, a marina, heated Olympic size pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts board walk, and picnic areas. bedrooms with new paint. I don't have space for all the above now and I miss the convenience.
