I am looking for a roommate to take over my current roommates lease from May 15 - July 16. My roommate and I resigned out lease, but she had made the decision to transfer closer to home.

Looking for a 21-29 year old female who is clean and responsible. Must partake in sharing cleaning of common areas, taking our garbage, etc. Non-smoker. I am focused on studies during the week, and am gone more often than home, but I do work, socially drink, and take road trips on the weekends. I'm pretty laid back and don't have many pet peeves, other than just respecting each other :)

The apartment is located within 1 mile of campus. Is a 5 min walk to Strom, and 15 to the library. 5 min drive to both Gervais and 5 Points. The apartment complex is secure, has a business center, workout room, 1 Olympic pool and 1 resort pool, BBQ courtyard, recreation courtyard w putting green. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the BBQ courtyard (in picture), and is one of the innermost apartments, so the train noise is minimal. You will have the master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bath. All furniture, decor, kitchen sets, washer/dryer will be staying. Utilities will be split, and the rent is priced for the quality of apartment and location to campus/downtown.
