Hey there! I'm a graduating senior at UNH and just got a job outside of the area, so I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my room in a 4 bedroom apartment at the Lodges At West Edge for the summer! May-July 31st.

The apartment is two stories and is fully furnished. They were just built last year so everything is basically brand new- from the stainless steel appliances to the granite countertops. You get your own bedroom (with a queen sized tempur-pedic mattress), full bathroom, walk in closet, and parking spot.
The apartment also has a washer and dryer inside. You also have access to the Lodges clubhouse which includes a computer center, a gym, hot tub, and free tanning. The building is the closest one to the UNH bus stop as well so public transportation is easily accessible.

I signed the lease before they raised the prices so its the cheapest lease available for the two floor, four bed/bath! It is $720 a month including everything (internet, cable, water, central air) except heat and electricity. The lease is for one of the bedrooms and connecting bathroom. The 4 rooms are rented out individually and the living space is shared. However there will be only one other person staying at the apartment in the summer.
