We are currently looking to rent our bedrooms in our two bedroom two bath at Trinity Commons. A wonderful couple ( and their dog) are renting the master bedroom. So we are looking to rent out our second bedroom preferably female.

Rent includes the apartment as well as all utilities ( internet, hydro, and energy). Trinity is a great place to live, and is only a 5 min walk to Duke Campus. Right across the street there are restaurants ( TFIG , Firehouse Sub, Dunkin' Donuts ect). We are also a 15-20 min walk from grocery stores and other little coffee shops, and 10 min drive to any where else in Durham. Being right beside campus it is an incredibly safe building, and to prevent any worry they also have a security guard at night. Our apartment is in the perfect location in the building as well close to everything and easy to get to. We love living here and know that you will to during the summer.
