Available for short or long-term lease: A large, furnished bedroom (approximately 14x20) on the third floor (top floor) of my townhouse. The room has two closets for ample storage, full size bed, desk, and reading chair. A full size bathroom is on the third floor.
Also on the 3rd floor are common areas that include: two adjoining rooms, household washer and dryer, a full bathroom and balcony that has a beautiful view of the cityscape. I live on the 2nd floor and the first floor is also common area. I have two sweet cats that pretty much stay where I am in the house.
The townhouse is in an ideal location--close to John Hopkins, restaurants and 5 blocks from the water. The house has the following amenities:
