I have a room available in my house for rent.. I am flexible on time frame prob be month to month.. small deposite 300.. rent =450 all utilities included. I do not want pets! If you have a pet and you're willing to pay $100 more per month I would consider that.. cable and netflix and amazon prime movies as well. fenced back yard.. great view, walking paths, comunity pool, house was built in 2006.. you would have full access to cooking and living areas, also your own bathroom.. must be kid friendly, I have a seven-year-old. I prefer single people not couples and I would prefer somebody without kids.. I'm ok w beer. Smoking outside. And 420 friendly just must keep it out of house. I need to protect my kid. I don't smoke but I understand it. Anything else is not excepted I don't care where it's! I would want to do a meet and greet and show the place to you.. great value, easy going... must be!!!
