Looking for a talented person to remodel & repair a single wide manufactured home. It is located 4 miles North of Lake Geneva, WI. The person chosen has to have construction/remodeling experience & must be willing to sign a rental agreement that indicates labor trade for housing. I plan to provide gently used appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, dryer, washer), new flooring (carpeting & laminate) & an $8k budget for you to use for materials to remodel/repair the home.

The previous owner of this property did not winterize it and some of the plumbing is cracked & needs replacement. I am thinking PEX tubing can be used to resolve this issue to make it easier. I should be able to help with some plumbing repair. I have general contracting, mechanical experience & know how to get the job done, just don't have the time to do it. Oh, the wallpaper is coming loose from the paneled walls in some of the photos. The plan here is to have you remove the wallpaper & paint the paneling.

The trade would be something like the following: You would work on the home until it is livable, then move in & get 12 months rent in trade while you continue to complete remodel/repair of the home. After this time, your rent will go to $495/month. You are responsible to the utilities.
