We are a one stop shop for commercial owners. We currently manage 24 commercial buildings in Anchorage, and an additional 11 buildings in Wasilla, most of which, we acted as the GC in the construction process, actively manage and lease, and have ownership interests in. We are a licensed general contractor w/ residential endorsement, as well as a licensed RE brokerage, and in addition to that, we can provide 24 hour maintenance services for client's projects.
