The lease ends the beginning of March but there's an option to renew March 1st. You would pay month to month with full access to all amenities including the three fitness centers, Fitness on Demand, a screening and gaming room, a Bocce Ball court, and fire pits. Also, one parking spot is included. Snow is removed by the complex.
