Looking for around $900/month and would need garage parking and washer/dryer in the unit.
I'm white, 28 years old. I currently work as a machinist in Glendale. I gross $800/ week without overtime, but work 10 hour days. By January hours will go up with Saturdays. Income is there I just need to find the time to see an apartment. My credit score is definitely more than acceptable.
I would definitely like an updated unit. Hot tub, pool, weight room would be a huge plus!
Would love to get into some place by the end of the year or possibly early/mid January.
Please send location, pictures preferred, and an estimate of utility costs and if any utilities are included.
