Hi, this is pretty much a long shot, but I'm looking for a room within the next couple/few months. I'm currently in a 1 bedroom apartment situation that is not going well, and will be looking to move as soon as I can. Areas to consider: Brookline (first choice), Chestnut Hill, Newton, JP, Wellesley, Waltham, Lexington, Lincoln, Watertown, Medford, Cambridge, Arlington, etc. Not a huge fan of Allston or Brighton, so at this time I'm not going to look there. Please keep that in mind before replying.

About me: Twenties female, work full-time, no pets (although if I can move into a house that allows pets I'd like that), non-smoker, no drugs, clean, respectful, and friendly. I have a car (would need parking), and some furniture of my own that I'd like to use (kitchen table, chairs, and a small couch for example). I also wouldn't need a furnished room, but if common areas are furnished that's fine, and I could sell some of my extra furniture if needed. I'd prefer to live with a female roommate (anywhere between 27-35, but I'm also flexible depending on the housing situation), who is comparable. Also hopefully there is more than one bathroom in the apartment/house. If not, one is fine. Budget is 1,000 before utilities.
